Send us the conditions,
not the part number.

A senior engineer reads every message. The more you say about media, pressure and temperature, the more useful the first answer is.

What to put in it

The template above already asks for these. If you write from your own client, these are the six lines that turn a first reply into a real answer instead of a request for more information.

1
Application domain

Powertrain, ICE, autonomous driving, BESS, fast charging, data centre, green energy — or describe it.

2
Media or fluid

Coolant and its glycol ratio, fuel, AdBlue, dielectric fluid, air. Chemistry decides the compound.

3
Working pressure

Nominal and peak, in bar. Say if there are pulsations.

4
Temperature range

Minimum and maximum in °C, and whether it cycles between them.

5
Interface size or standard

SAE 7.89, VDA 9.49, tube ID, or the mating part you have to connect to.

6
Annual volume and timing

Pieces per year and when you need samples. It changes the tooling route.

Attach a drawing, a STEP file or a spec sheet if you have one — it usually replaces two rounds of email.
